Are you a motivated, people-focused professional who loves cars and helping customers find the right vehicle? Green Dodge is looking for a full-time Automobile Salesperson to join our growing team.

What We Offer

• Guaranteed base salary: $36,000 annually
• Monthly bonus structure: Based on vehicles sold, with expected bonuses ranging from $700 (7 cars sold) to $6,350+ (20 cars sold) and even $14,000+ (30 cars sold) per month.  Earning potential is uncapped.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs
• Build strong relationships with new and returning customers
• Stay up-to-date on vehicle features, financing options, and dealership promotions
• Work as part of a collaborative sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (automotive sales experience preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
